Core + Restore: Pilates Mat + Roller

Welcome to the mat at Backcountry Pilates!

Our group class offering is Core + Restore, a 50-minute mat and foam roller class that includes a warmup, about 20-25 minutes of full-body, core-focused Pilates mat work and about 20-25 minutes of stretching and myofascial release using foam rollers. You’ll leave feeling limber, centered, and calm.
